Primary to Secondary Transition

We have developed a portfolio of interactive resources for children to reflect on and celebrate their time at primary, explore concerns about their transition to secondary, develop the

resilience to address those challenges and know how to ask for and access support along the way.

Our workshops are packed with ice-breakers and energizers and provide children with practical ideas, activities and strategies to boost their self-esteem and confidence.
